A. Blikle
is Poland’s best known patisserie chain, founded almost 150 years ago by Antoni Blikle and for six generations led by the Blikle family. Blikle is the synonim of quality and of the most famous Polish brands, present today in the market through a chain of twenty five own and franchised patisseries and coffee shops in Warsaw and many Polish cities. Blikle offers pastry, cakes, ice cream, beverages and delicatessen products not only on premise but also to take away and with delivery – including its doughnuts, famous across Poland.

The partners of Vertigo Investments have invested in A. Blikle in 2012 with the objective to implement, together with the Blikle family, an ambitious growth program which will help us to reach even more consumers across the country.

CPS
CPS is an operator of corporate and school canteens and a catering firm that has been active on the Warsaw market for close to 10 years now. Thanks to the quality of the services provided customers of CPS include international corporations and their employees as well as schools, preschools, museums and individual clients. We are particularly proud for the company to serve the multinational community of the American School of Warsaw. CPS is one of the industry leaders and Vertigo is supporting the company’s operations and growth in line with its investment strategy.

Sports Hospitality
is the largest Polish firm specializing in catering on sports venues and during mass events. It is present at some of Poland’s most important football stadiums, including Legia Warsaw, Lechia Gdansk or Cracovia, running both kiosks, restaurants and VIP service. The SH team has unique experience in providing rapid and flawless service during large sports and entertainment events. It has, among others, served three out of four stadiums during the Euro 2012 in Poland and the largest concert series in Poland, including Woodstock Festival, the largest music event in Europe with more than half a million participants. The partners of Vertigo Investments have invested in Sports Hospitality in 2011, at a very early phase of the company’s development and have executed together with the management team an aggressive growth program, cooperating since 2012 with the WSI Capital fund.

Hello Vending
is one of the leaders of the vending sector in Poland, primarily present in the coffee segment. Hello Vending supplies, in cooperation with Douwe Egberts, coffee machines and coffee to offices and institutions. It also has its proprietary network of self service vending machines. Besides coffee the company offers vending machines serving snacks as well as water dispensers and filters for offices.

The partners of Vertigo Investments have invested in Hello Vending in 2011, practically at the start of the company’s operations, and supervise together with the management team its growth.

Hard Rock Cafe
is one of the most famous global restaurant chains, created more than 40 years ago and today present in close to 200 cities in 60 countries worldwide. HRC stands also for the world’s largest collection of music memorabilia, displayed in each restaurant, quality food, excellent service and live music. It is at the same time a highly popular apparel collection. Barista SA has been an HRC franchisee since 2007 and is currently operating HRC restaurants in Warsaw, Cracow and Budapest, plus shortly opening in Gdansk.

The partners of Vertigo Investments have participated as first generation investors in the creation of Barista SA back in 2006 and after a successful exit in 2009 have played a lead role in its leveraged buy-back in 2011. They have since been involved in the continuous growth of the business.

Estelligence
is one of Poland’s most dynamically growing accounting offices, offering its clients not just high quality services in the area of accounting, but also full administrative and formal support starting with the company creation. Estelligence is located in Warsaw with its operations center in Kwidzyn. It has acquired Polskie Biura Rachunkowe two years ago.

LOG-NET
is a dynamically growing logistics operator, created by a team of leading managers from the TSL sector in Poland. The company specializes in medium size and large projects, including supply chain coordination. It provides services through six branch offices in Warsaw, Lodz, Szczecin, Lublin, Tychy and Wroclaw. LOG-NET is a visible player in the FTL distribution market moving 290 trucks per day and covering more than 60,000 km daily in Poland alone. It counts among others Pepsi, Nestle and Kaufland as its customers.
